Smart Cookie Baking Tips
It is often said that brown sugar is a healthier option than white sugar. In reality, brown sugar is ordinary table sugar that is turned brown by the reintroduction of molasses. Brown sugar makes baked goods more moist and will also add a hint of rich caramel flavor.
