Pesto Parmesan Puffs

Part 4 in our Killer App Series

Ingredients

• 1 package store bought puff pastry
• 1/2 cup of prepared pesto
• 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

• Take half of the puff pastry, roll it and spread in The Smart Cookie
• Spread half of the pesto and parmesan over the pastry
• Add 2nd half of pastry 
• Apply remaining pesto and cheese
• Seal The Smart Cookie and freeze
• Bake in a preheated 400 F oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
